Breakdown of the ingredients
Lentils - source of protein, fibre, iron and they are so cheap!
Broccoli - Packed with Vitamins, including A, C, K, zinc and folate.
Tomatoes - High in Vitamin C and packed with antioxidants to fight away them nasties.
Cream cheese - source of calcium, iodine and protein
